Vice-President @ SFU Computing Science Student Society

• Represents the student voice of the Computing Science Student Society.
• Coordinate the recruitment of volunteers.
• Responsible for the leading, organization, and maintainance of various department to faculty-wide events.
• Maintain ongoing relationships with companies, alumni, SFU clubs and DSUs, and other external relations.
• Currently assuming duties of President.

Faculty of Applied Sciences Student Ambassador

HIVE Orientation Leader

• Facilitated peer connections, introduced faculty and staff, and guided students in adapting to SFU campus and resources as a HIVE Welcome Leader
• Orchestrated social events and played a pivotal role on Welcome Day, leading HIVE groups through engaging welcome events to enhance skills and establish enduring connections

Tech Fair 2024 Lead Organizer

• Led and organized the planning and execution of Tech Fair 2024, an career fair where Applied Science students are met with opportunities from tech companies.

FROSH 2024 Committee/Organizer

• Responsible for planning and overlooking events catered towards first-years and transfer studenets.
• Obtained a sponsorship from Guru, an energy drink company.

FAS Formal 2024 Chair

• Organized the largest year-end SFU FAS event with over 250 FAS students & staff in attendance.
• Managed all aspects of event planning, including logistics, finances, floor planning, and communicating with Anvil Centre's (venue location) sales and event managers to ensure a smooth execution of the event.
• Sought out and hired essential event personnel, including photographers, DJ, and security guards.
• Noted all attendee dietary restrictions and shared with catering company for a tailored menu. Working closely with caterers to ensure diverse and accommodating options.
• Led a team of 13 executives from SFU Faculty of Applied Science Department Student Unions (CSSS, ESSS, SOSY, MSESS, SEESS, WICS) in managing ticket sales.
